For the creation of their fragrances, Ex Nihilo looks for a new approach and an original look, but they always trust experience and invite renowned specialists in the development of the various fragrances. In the case of Ex Nihilo Fleur, they partnered with Quentin Bish, who has worked with Mugler, Azzaro and Paco Rabbane. His approach in creating the fragrance is to thematically separate each part of the pyramid structure, placing a different emphasis. The beginning is fruity. Fresh and slightly tart bergamot is collected, to which exotic lychee and juicy peach are added. They give lightness and airiness to the fragrance with a feeling of cheerfulness. In the middle part, floral essences are emphasized. Flowers with a distinctly intense and sweet scent such as peonies, orange blossom and jasmine are included. At the base of the fragrance, Kuntin Bish dwells on more masculine notes such as musk, moss and a combination of woody essences. So Ex Nihilo Fleur gets a final accent and a strong finish. The palette thus composed reveals the charms of the fragrance gradually, creating a different mood at each stage of its development.
